Our May 16, 2026 meeting was held at the Parma-Powers Branch of the Cuyahoga County Public Library. Our first speaker Kathy Bathgate from the Library demonstrated genealogy resources available through the CCPL library system.  Our main speaker Roslyn Torella presented “Researching Italian Civil Records in Antenati Portale” which provided an overview of Italy’s records and comprehensive training on researching Italian civil records using the Portale Antenati website.

Members also received updates on upcoming events including a late June dinner, August potluck picnic, and the Italian Genealogical Conference at Western Reserve featuring speaker Suzanne Russo Adams to be held in November.
