Genealogy Giornale, CIAO’s quarterly newsletter, is emailed to members only. Stories about recent genealogy discoveries, family traditions, and favorite recipes are always welcome.

If you have a submission for the newsletter, the 2026 deadlines are as follows:

Spring 2026: Submission deadline is February 16; publication expected the first full week in March

Summer 2026: Submission deadline is May 18; publication expected the first full week in June

Fall 2026: Submission deadline is August 17; publication expected the first full week in September

Winter 2026: Submission deadline is November 16; publication expected the first full week in December

Attention genealogy researchers and related professionals – we would like to partner with you to merge your genealogy expertise with our members and contributors by placing an ad in our newsletter. Costs are:

• $25 for a quarter-page ad (approximately 4 in. wide by 5 in. long)
• $50 for a half-page ad (approximately 8 in. wide by 5 in. long)
• $100 for a full-page ad (approximately 8 in. wide by 10 in. long)

Anyone who purchases a full-page ad can have it posted to the CIAO general Facebook page for two weeks at no additional cost. The deadline for ads is the same as the newsletter (see above). Contact CIAO Treasurer Linda Erlenbach at clevelandciao@gmail.com for payment.
