  Cleveland Italian Ancestry Organization (CIAO) VIRTUAL COOKING CLASS FUNDRAISER was held on Monday, September 30th. CIAO member Marla Monzo-Holmes, also known as “The Chef in Red”, made a delicious olive oil cake with mascarpone whipped cream and berry coulis. Monzo-Holmes has been teaching cooking classes since 1995 and is frequently featured on Fox 8’s “New Day Cleveland” program. She also offers tours to Italy twice annually. Any monies raised will benefit CIAO presenters, events, and programs. |
